El Mensajero is a monthly informational Spanish issue created exclusively to educate Spanish speaking Latinos living in Illinois. El Mensajero is delivered electronically and can be printed and distributed free of charge. Individuals interested in receiving the monthly issues must subscribe by sending an e-mail to elmensajerodeillinois-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. A welcome message will be sent as a confirmation.

Our mission is to provide culturally competent education and resources for prevention professionals, to build relationships among groups, leaders, the media and educational institutions, and to advocate issues vital to the Latino community in the state of Illinois.
